Pursuant to art. 2 of the LGPD, CPEx Laboratório disciplines the protection of its customers' personal data based on respect for privacy, informative self-determination, freedom of expression, information, communication and opinion, inviolability of intimacy, honor and image, economic and technological development and innovation, free initiative, free competition and consumer protection, and human rights, free development of personality, dignity and the exercise of citizenship by natural persons.

The terms adopted below are those provided by art. 5 of the General Data Protection Law.

In accordance with art. 6 of the LGPD, the collection of data made by CPEx Laboratório has as its sole and exclusive purpose the adequate provision of its services, and only those data necessary for the performance of its activities are collected.

The consultation and alteration of the data provided can be done at any time and time by any user of the services provided by CPEx Laboratório.

CPEx Laboratório respects the privacy of all holders of personal data, and is therefore committed to taking all possible measures to reasonably ensure the protection of the personal data collected.

You are already aware that CPEx Laboratório may carry out (i) the anonymization of Personal Data, making them Anonymized Data; (ii) the enrichment of its database, adding information from other legitimate sources; and (iii) processing of Personal Data based on the legitimate interest of CPEx Laboratório
